You&#039;re too kind in describing your love for the SaaS 2.0 term: I loathe it, personally. But I got tired of waiting for Gartner to coin a new term, so I decided to go with SaaS 2.0 in lieu of anything else :) 

Let me know when you anoint a better term, I&#039;d be glad to replace SaaS 2.0 with something that doesn&#039;t cause either of us to wince.
