ANZ – An Emerging Hotbed of HCM Software Innovation

It occurred to me today as I was looking back at many of the news items I get in various forms that there is a lot going on in Australia/New Zealand.  Here is a list of innovative HCM solutions coming from Australia/New Zealand:

  • Aruspex — Workforce Planning and Modeling
  • InfoHRM — Workforce Planning and Analytics
  • PeopleStreme — Talent Management Application Suite (including Workforce Planning)
  • Sonar6 — Performance and Succession Management

Sure, it is not a long list today, but it is good to see HCM software innovation coming from all parts of the world.

Update:  Sonar6 is from New Zealand, not Australia.  So, I updated the post title to more accurately reflect the situation.

    Gidday Jim – love your observation but especially in a world cup rugby year I need to correct you around Sonar6 – we are in fact New Zealand based – The Australasian hotbed perhaps ?
