I meant to add that we will be using live chat for Q+A at a couple sessions in Cannes this year. An analyst will monitor the chat, and use it to collect questions. I will be using Twitter as well in the session I&#039;m monitoring.</description>

I don&#039;t like the imagery that term counjers - think I&#039;ll stick with &#039;real world&#039; as in IRL ... though I can understand that, as the online interaction becomes more and more compelling and absorbing - what&#039;s &#039;real&#039; is debatable.
