		<description>Yes Rob. There is always some negative reaction to an innovation from its inception - but in the early days the positive social response usually overwhelms it - leading to the rising hype cycle curve.
On Twitter specifically - I think the fact that something so simple can be so powerful certainly does challenge, or almost offend, some minds.  The same was true of SMS in the 1990s.</description>
