Our ‘Mastering The Hype Cycle’ book is officially launched this week at Gartner Symposium / ITXpo 2009 in Orlando Florida! Jackie will be there, giving a presentation based on the book. She will also be at the launch party on the ITXpo show floor, available to sign copies. Between us we will also be covering the Fall Symposium events around the globe in Tokyo (Mark), Cannes (Mark) and Sydney (Jackie)
