		<description>Ah, the typo comment was a cheap shot - never mind that :-)   I do disagree on the hype issue, but I&#039;m looking forward to reading the entire book; ordered it today!  I&#039;ll still look forward to future Hype Cycle reports....</description>

		<description>Your typos are not the worst part of this piece, but symbolize the lazy decision to succumb to the same sloppy thinking which Gartner normally calls out in Hype Cycle reports. &quot;Hyping&quot; anything is a simplistic, ends-justifies-means approach.  Leave that to the vendors (okay, I work for one), because we rely on the Gartners of the world as an antidote to that.</description>
