We wholeheartedly agree that APIs are a BIG opportunity but did want to point out that sometimes it&#039;s not as simple as a &#039;build it and they will come&#039; approach. They may definitely come if you don&#039;t build it, but an important element in API program strategy is understanding the developer community you&#039;re releasing into.
