Who is “User” and why am I subjected to his/her experience when using a device or website? I dream of the day I don’t have to figure out how “User” wants to interact. I know how I want to interact with my devices and technology – so why can’t “User” move over and share a little?
Why can’t we move beyond just “context aware” and get to “context experience?” Come on, you know who I am, deliver the goods!
Here’s how it works:
- The device/app or website detects “oh, it’s Elise!”
- Elise likes to interact like this…..
- …Fetching
- …Delivering
- Voila! Elise’s experience.
Is that such a pipe dream? I will patiently wait until that day.
PS. This blog delivered from 30,000 ft somewhere over the Midwest. Whoo hoo gogoinflight!
