Donna FitzgeraldJust back from Ohio and Kentucky. I had some great conversations with clients about their current efforts to establish EPMOs in their organizations. At this moment I can safely say there isn’t a one size fits all answer that everyone is gravitating toward. The most interesting realization I had was that many of these organizations are trying to move toward an EPMO despite their low PPM maturity level. My guess is that if they’re efforts are going to be successful we’ll have to figure out a very lightweight way to meet their objectives. I’d love to hear about any EPMO efforts people are doing in their companies. Is it working? How do you evaluate success?
