		<description>Debbie,

Most of the Ariba customers were waiting for quite some time to see whether to upgrade to 9r1 or to go for SAP SRM / Oracle iProc / Other Options. Customers were closely watching for some success / failure stories in 9r1 upgrade / implementations, to make a business case suiting thier business and get IT budget approvals. Now when Ariba have ended the 8.2 and 4.4 support they are pushed to make a decision and go for the deep dive. Hope Ariba&#039;s results for the next 2 quarters reflect this :)
