		<description>On the social or consumerization front, as you point out, there is no &quot;Wow&quot; feature. &#039;Windows7 is considered more stable than Vista&#039;. Not something that people are chatting about around the water cooler or on their Facebook page. I also find the &#039;it works&#039; advertising and the &quot;Tupperware&quot; party campaign a bit odd for MS. Why not go the DirecTV route and pay both parties for a referral. A $50 check to you and a $50 check to your friend if they buy a retail copy of &quot;Professional&quot;. Then people have professional to bring into the office, can potentially join it to the domain and show off the benefits.  Consumerization and social buzz are now key decision drivers but cash will always be king.</description>
