F6. From E-Mail to Enterprise Information Archiving: The Past Is Just Beginning
Audience members were asked to describe their organizations’ approach to the management of social networking content (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn). 49% said that, even though they use social networks, they do not capture and archive the content and that they have no plans to do so; 39% said their organizations prohibit the use of social networking.
