Cameron HaightThere are some interesting documents available from VMware’s "viops" or best practices-focused website that might be of help as we look at the virtualization OPEX impact. First is a listing of standard operating procedures (SOPs) that seem to be only minimally VMware-centric. From your experience, what would you add to this? Also, there are some suggested metrics to assess the impact of your virtualization initiative although we haven’t seen the phrase "super measures" used much outside of a strategic business context.
