		<description>I know that you are probably being tongue in cheek when you say &quot;He’s telling you that he’s not going to fit in to your company, but if your company fits him then he may work there&quot;, but I think Noah will have to learn eventually that his CV will have to tell employers how he can solve their problems.  It is by doing this that he will actually find a job in the long run.</description>
